Shipping is limited to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Shipping timelines and policies are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our published policy.

Astute Gear is a reseller of products manufactured by third-party brands.

Manufacturer warranties, specifications, and product performance are the responsibility of the original manufacturer.

We are not responsible for manufacturer delays, defects, or changes in product specifications.
