Return Policy

Jackery power stations and solar panels purchased from Astute Gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with all original packaging and accessories, and require a return authorization (RMA) before shipping back. Contact us first — we'll issue your RMA and be happy to coordinate the return for you. There is no restocking fee. FAQs

Q: Which power station does this work with?

Q: How much additional runtime does it add?
A: It doubles total capacity, from 2,048Wh to 4,096Wh, when paired with one HomePower 2000 Plus V2.

Q: Does it need its own charger?
A: No — it charges through the included expansion cable connected to the HomePower 2000 Plus V2.
