Overview

The Jackery HomePower 1000 v2 is a compact home-backup power station built around a 1,024Wh LiFePO4 battery with 1,500W rated output (3,000W surge). It's designed for fast, low-effort backup: a full recharge from a wall outlet takes about 50 minutes, and a sub-10ms UPS-style switchover keeps connected devices running through an outage without an interruption.

Best For
  • Homeowners who want fast, no-fuss backup for essentials — routers, small appliances, medical devices, a home office setup — in a compact unit, without the size or price of a larger whole-home system.
Key Highlights

Return Policy

Jackery power stations and solar panels purchased from Astute Gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with all original packaging and accessories, and require a return authorization (RMA) before shipping back. Contact us first — we'll issue your RMA and be happy to coordinate the return for you. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is covered by us if the item arrived defective, damaged, or delayed; otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Maintenance

The HomePower 1000 v2 requires minimal maintenance under normal use. Keep the unit in a dry, temperature-controlled location, avoid blocking ventilation during operation, and recharge periodically during long-term storage to preserve battery health.

FAQs

Q: How is this different from the Explorer 1000 V2?
A: They're close in raw capacity (1,024Wh vs 1,070Wh), but the HomePower 1000 v2 is built around home-backup use, with a sub-10ms automatic UPS switchover so connected devices stay powered through an outage without interruption.

Q: How fast does it recharge?
A: About 50 minutes from a standard wall outlet, or roughly 3.3 hours from a 400W solar setup under ideal conditions.
