Jackery Manual Transfer Switch (240V 50A), angled view with cover open showing circuit breakers and NEMA SS2-50 inlet
Jackery Manual Transfer Switch (240V 50A) Sale price$499.00
Overview

The Jackery Manual Transfer Switch (240V 50A) is a higher-capacity transfer switch designed for the Explorer 5000 Plus series, enabling whole-panel-style backup power across more circuits than the 120V/30A switch. It also supports paired HomePower 2000 Plus or HomePower 3600 Plus x2 setups with a parallel combiner.

Best For
  • Homeowners with a Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus (or a paired HomePower 2000 Plus / 3600 Plus x2 setup with a parallel combiner) who want broader home circuit backup coverage than the 30A switch provides.
Key Highlights
  • 125V/250V output, 50A max
  • 10 circuits total (1x2P 30A, 1x2P 20A, 6x1P 15A)
  • Pre-wired for easy installation
  • Prevents back-feeding
  • Metal cabinet with protective cover, indoor use
  • NEMA SS2-50 (CS6375) power inlet
  • 5-year warranty

FAQs

Q: Can I use this with a single HomePower 2000 Plus or 3600 Plus?
A: Yes, but a parallel combiner is required for single-unit HomePower 2000 Plus or paired 3600 Plus x2 setups — this switch is designed primarily for the Explorer 5000 Plus series.
Q: Is this compatible with the HomePower 3600 Pro Max?
A: No — the Pro Max requires its own higher-capacity switch (100A, per its manual) that Astute Gear does not currently carry.
