Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your AquaSense 2 Ultra. If something isn't right, contact us first — we'll set up the return on our end rather than you needing to reach out to Beatbot directly. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. There's no restocking fee and no return label fee — a prepaid return label is provided within 2 business days of your request. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued automatically to your original payment method. Items should be returned in their original condition with all included accessories. For a warranty issue instead of a return, see the Warranty section above — the same 3-year manufacturer warranty applies regardless of how you purchased.

Maintenance

Rinse and empty the dual-layer filter baskets after each cleaning cycle to maintain suction performance, and replace them if they become torn or clogged. Use the ClearWater™ clarification agent regularly to help reduce how often filters need cleaning. Store the AquaSense 2 Ultra in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when not in use, fully charge it on its wireless charging dock before extended storage, and keep the dock's contacts clean and dry.

What is the working depth, and can it clean steps? AquaSense 2 Ultra operates in water depths from 1.31 to 9.84 ft, and can clean steps as long as they're wide enough to support cleaning and have at least 1.31 ft of water depth.
