The Sora 30 is covered by Beatbot's manufacturer warranty: 2 years on the main unit. If a covered issue comes up, Beatbot will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Sora 30. If something isn't right, contact us first — we'll set up the return on our end rather than you needing to reach out to Beatbot directly.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. There's no restocking fee and no return label fee — a prepaid return label is provided within 2 business days of your request.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued automatically to your original payment method. Items should be returned in their original condition with all included accessories.
