This item may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization (RMA required). A 15% restocking fee applies. If the item was received incorrectly due to our error, you'll receive a full credit with no restocking fee. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll help coordinate a manufacturer warranty claim.

How is this screen installed? It uses a two-stage installation — the plenum-rated recessed case goes in during rough construction, and the screen surface is added during finishing.
Is it tensioned? No — the Advantage is a non-tensioned screen.
