5-year manufacturer warranty (Legrand/Da-Lite). Manufacturer-direct fulfillment — D&H does not accept returns on this item; defective-unit claims go through Legrand directly (866-977-3901).

Return Policy

This item may be returned within 90 days of delivery with prior authorization (RMA required). A restocking fee applies based on how long you've had the item: 15% within 30 days, 15% between 31–60 days, or 25% between 61–90 days. If the item was received incorrectly due to our error, you'll receive a full credit with no restocking fee. Return policy confirmed with D&H/Legrand AV 2026-09-04.
