Jackery power stations and solar panels purchased from Astute Gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with all original packaging and accessories, and require a return authorization (RMA) before shipping back. Contact us first — we'll issue your RMA and be happy to coordinate the return for you. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is covered by us if the item arrived defective, damaged, or delayed; otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

The HomePower 1000 Plus v2 requires minimal maintenance under normal use. Keep the unit in a dry, temperature-controlled location, avoid blocking ventilation during operation, and recharge periodically during long-term storage to preserve battery health.

How is this different from the standard HomePower 1000 v2? It steps up to 1,800W rated output (3,600W surge) versus the standard model's 1,500W/3,000W, with the same expandability.
Can I expand the capacity later? Yes, up to 11kWh total using up to five Battery Pack 2000 Plus add-on units.
How long does it take to recharge? About 50 minutes from a wall outlet, or roughly 3.3 hours from a 400W solar setup under ideal conditions.
What's the warranty? 3 years standard, extendable to 5 years total with product registration.
