Warranty

Orivon backs the Frost Cold Plunge Tub with a 1-year warranty at no additional cost. Normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), and damage from external factors like weather, fire, or pests are not covered. To file a claim, email sales@orivonwellness.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video -- Orivon will review and may repair, replace parts, or provide a full replacement.

Maintenance

The acrylic shell is non-porous and resists staining, so routine care is mainly wiping down the tub after use and keeping the filtration system and jets free of debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the acrylic surface.
