Normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), and damage from external factors like weather, fire, or pests are not covered. To file a claim, email sales@orivonwellness.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video -- Orivon will review and may repair, replace parts, or provide a full replacement.

Return Policy
