Warranty

Normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), and damage from external factors like weather, fire, or pests are not covered. To file a claim, email sales@orivonwellness.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video -- Orivon will review and may repair, replace parts, or provide a full replacement.

Maintenance

The Hemlock cabin is naturally warp-resistant with a low-resin, hypoallergenic finish, so day-to-day care is light. Wipe down interior surfaces after each session and let the cabin air-dry fully between uses; avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners on the wood. Keep the unit in a dry, temperature-stable room away from direct sun to preserve the finish.
